No. Executive Assistants are still central to the SixFigureEA story, and EA 101 remains part of the community. But Labs now also serves operators, admin leaders, business support professionals, Chiefs of Staff, project coordinators, and career-driven women doing valuable work that often goes unseen.

Is this still cohort-based?

No. SFEA Labs is open enrollment. You can join anytime and start with the resources most relevant to your current season of work.

What happened to weekly coaching?

The community now includes bi-weekly live working sessions. These sessions may include trainings, office hours, Q&A, hot seats, tool demos, and strategic discussions.

What if I cannot attend live?

You still get value through the Masterclass & Tool Demo replay library, templates, EA 101, and community discussion. Attending live is helpful, but it is not the only way to use the community.

What is the Job Referral & Opportunity Network?

The Job Referral & Opportunity Network gives members a place to exchange roles, referrals, hiring insight, salary context, and opportunity intel. It is a practical network, not a guaranteed placement service.

What is the CESE designation?

CESE stands for Certified Executive Support Expert. Members who complete Executive Assistance 101 can earn the designation as a completion credential. Learn more about CESE here.

Yes. SFEA Labs can be submitted for reimbursement through professional development, admin training, leadership support, operations training, or AI/workplace skills development. Reimbursement documentation is available so you can send a clear request to your manager or learning and development team. The request kit includes monthly and annual payment language, including the $1,500/year option that saves $300.

Will this guarantee me a raise or promotion?
